Our efficient workflow

As soon as your book is accepted by Steel City Press work begins on two workflows simultaniously: The editing workflow and the design workflow. By doing parallel workflows we manage to maximise the turnaround time for your book. More often than not, by the time your book has been edited by or editing team, our design team will have the finished artwork and promotional material ready to go.

Industry-leading software

Steel City Press utilises powerful design software that integrates together to enhance our book publishing workflow. If your book is published by us it’ll be handled in at least three different programmes throughout its production cycle. Adobe software forms the backbone of our design workflow, but many others are used to enhance the work we do.

Powerful Hardware

All aspects of our graphic design process are handled on powerful workstations running RTX graphics with 64GB of RAM. This means we have the power to deliver good quality graphics but also support authors with more enriched media when required.
