Plumber, comedy songwriter, Sheffield icon – and now, author. Welcome To Silly Billy Land is Paul Ballington’s first book and aimed at children of all ages, but especially those just starting to enjoy having stories read to them by their parents. Paul has sung live on Sky Sports, BBC Look North and Radio Sheffield, gaining the nickname The Singing Plumber. His comedy songs have gone on to reach millions of hits on social media, resulting in him releasing a variety of charity songs for the NHS, Sheffield Children’s Hospital and Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.

Now, Paul has swapped his lyrical talent for this wonderfully poetic story about Silly Billy Land.
